SM ENCLAVE PHASE-2 "BIG PROBLEMS" Chapter1. Poor Drainage in SM Enclave Phase-2: I'm writing to point out a big problem with the drainage system in SM Enclave-2. The system is badly built, and today (22NOV2024), we (Villa 3 to Villa 6) had serious issues because of it. The drainage is full of soil, old clothes, and other debris, which blocked the flow and made us spend half the day cleaning it up ourselves. It's been just 2 and a half months since our housewarming, and this has happened. This situation is totally unacceptable. The drainage construction and its supervision seem to have been done without proper planning or quality checks. This negligence is causing inconvenience to residents and shows a lack of responsibility from those in charge of the project. The current drainage pipeline will likely not last more than 1-2 years due to its substandard quality and workmanship.
